- Users must verify all transaction details before confirming any transaction. The Company shall not be responsible for transactions processed with incorrect mobile numbers, account numbers, bill details, or any other information entered by the user.
- We provide a technology platform only. Banking services, payment processing, telecom services, utility bill payments, travel bookings, and related services are delivered through authorized banks, payment gateways, NPCI, telecom operators, utility providers, travel partners, and other third-party service providers. The Company shall not be liable for any delay, failure, reversal, or interruption caused by these third parties.
- Certain services may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. We reserve the right to request additional documents or suspend or terminate any account that does not comply with applicable regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and other legal obligations.
- Retailers, distributors, merchants, and API partners are solely responsible for the transactions initiated through their respective accounts. The Company acts only as a technology service provider and shall not be responsible for any private agreements or disputes between retailers and their customers.
- API users must keep their API credentials confidential and ensure that their applications comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. Any misuse of API services may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access.
- Users shall not use the platform for fraudulent activities, unauthorized access, phishing, hacking, money laundering, or any activity prohibited under applicable Indian laws. The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts and report suspicious activities to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
- All trademarks, logos, software, APIs, website content, graphics, designs, and other intellectual property displayed on this website are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
- Service charges, commissions, convenience fees, and applicable taxes may vary depending on the service and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and the terms applicable to the specific service. Refund requests submitted after the prescribed period may not be eligible.

- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
